Weekly Check In Policy 

Weekly Check-Ins
Check-ins must be submitted between Friday at 9:00 AM and Saturday at 12:00 PM (noon).
This window ensures that all clients submit their updates within the same review period.
Sam reviews all check-ins Saturday afternoon and provides feedback, adjustments, and guidance for the upcoming week.
Submitting within this time frame ensures your coaching adjustments are made when they are most effective.

Late Check-Ins
Check-ins submitted after Saturday at 12:00 PM (noon) will not be reviewed.
No adjustments will be made for the current week if the check-in deadline is missed.

Coaching Adjustments
Adjustments to nutrition, training, or cardio are made based on on-time check-ins.
Consistent check-ins allow Sam to review progress, analyze trends, and make the most effective coaching decisions for the upcoming week.

Messaging During the Week
Messaging during the week to notify Sam that your check-in is complete does not change the review window.
Late check-ins will not be reviewed. You will need to submit a new check in the following week.
