Weekly Check-In Steps

Every Saturday Morning:

1️⃣ Weigh in & measure.

Wake up, use the bathroom, then take your fasted weight, waist measurement, and progress photos (front, back, sides, flexed).

2️⃣ Complete your form

Fill out the Weekly Check-In Form in your client portal with your stats and feedback.

3️⃣ Upload

Add your photos + 3 training videos to the weekly uploads folder.

4️⃣ Notify me. 

Send me a quick WhatsApp message to confirm your check-in is done.

Feedback will be sent within 12 hours.
